Simon Mole is an emcee, spoken word artist, and poet who believes in foregrounding the unseen and the unheard, the forgotten and the yet to occur. With an eye for the often overlooked in the everyday, his work is entertaining and accessible but remains rooted in a love for the craft of writing. As a performer, Simon has played numerous sell out gigs at venues and festivals across the country, both as a solo artist and as the emcee for a live ten-piece band, and C.D. and vinyl releases have received airplay on Radio One, charted in Hip Hop Connection’s global chart, and seen him featured in The Metro as ‘One to Watch’… www.myspace.com/simonmole
