The residency has started Indiana Jones and the Extra chair has found a new home at the Southbank centre.

One can only imagine that the anticipation levels have reached a point of boiling fury. That is why I am here to alleviate some of the tension.  I am sure the news of me (Fitzgerald Honger) writing for this blog will gain as much attention as the arrival of a royal baby (let us start a joke counter that’s 2 so far, you may disagree).  My previous works include Architects of Our Republic http://architectsofourrepublic.co.uk/, my own blogs http://thedangerzones.tumblr.com/ and http://www.bringyourownjks.com/ and also twitter @Fitzhonger. I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. Primarily my talents are attached to screenwriting, stand-up comedy and even the occasional book. I always look for an opportunity to explore my gift, so I can’t wait to sit in Indiana’s extra chair.

If you got this far without reading the bio let me tell you Simon Mole = Genius. I have met this man, broke bread with this man and I don’t need to tell you he is the real deal. The concept of Indiana Jones and the extra chair is as revolutionary as the film that inspired it. This performance at the Southbank, will rival all his others. I hope you’re able to follow the evolution of this journey with me. For those of you who have no knowledge of what is going to happen, I will guide you. Exclusive behind the scene content, interviews with participants will build a puzzle that will be completed on October 14th and 15th.

Whenever I embark on a new project I put all my creativity behind it. Working on Indiana Jones and the extra chair will be no different. The torch has been passed to me and I know what that means. I often ask myself what Indiana Jones would do? Hopefully through the course of this residency we’ll find out.
